Help us decorate our Gift of Hope tree this Christmas!

Your donation will help us continue to give the gift of hope by granting wishes to children right here in Alberta.  The children in our wish program have all been diagnosed with a severe chronic or life-threatening medical illness, and the thought of receiving a special wish is often the only joyful experience they have to look forward to.  For a child who’s sick, having a wish come true can be the catalyst to help them feel better emotionally and physically, giving the child and their family increased strength and courage to battle their illness and the daily challenges it brings.

Help us decorate our tree and share love and encouragement with these special children and their families.  You may pick from one of the suggested amounts or choose your own.  All donations are eligible for a tax receipt and will be received with great appreciation.

If you would like to leave a message or wish for a child, or our Society in general, you will have the opportunity to do so during the checkout process.  We will ensure the love is shared with the children and their families.

 Messages of Hope

Star Donation: The Safety Through Employee Participation team here at Scotford are very proud to support The Rainbow Society of Alberta. We love that we can help make life a bit brighter for these wonderful children and their families! The Rainbow Society of Alberta gives more than wishes, they give love and support and the opportunity for all of us to do the same.

Puppy Donation: Worley Industrial Services ULC would like to thank everyone within The Rainbow Society organization for letting us be a part of such a wonderful and meaningful cause. Each child’s story touched our hearts and gave us great pleasure and comfort in knowing that we were able to help make their dreams come true. “Sometimes superheroes reside in the hearts of small children fighting big battles”

Kitten Donation:  presented by Shaw.

Christmas Stocking Donation: Edmonton Exchanger would like to personally thank the extremely caring individuals (staff and volunteers) of The Rainbow Society of Alberta, who provide such an emotional lift to all children whose wishes are brought to life! Their dedication to changing children’s lives in a positive manner in our community is very admirable.  We will always hold this organization dear to our heart, as wishes continue to be filled by their dedication to not fail these sick children. From all of us who try to donate a small piece of what ultimately completes the desired goal for each child, we thank you for all your hard work.
