Ben turned 7 years old over the summer.  He’s a cheerful and happy little guy, who loves to play with cars, build things with his dad, have his friends over, and video games.  Diagnosed with Goldenhar Syndrome, Ben has had numerous surgeries, including an invasive spinal surgery.  His needs are extremely complex and he travels to Montreal to have his surgeries.  He also has hearing issues and requires an aide at school who provides supervision for his physical safety (to make sure he isn’t bumped or knocked down).  Since he loves Superheroes, and most of the Disney characters, we were only too pleased to grant his wish of going to Disney World!  On their return, mom shared the following “Words can’t express how your kindness and generosity has affected our lives.  It touched us not only for the week we were away but for the many months leading up to it.  As I now gather the evidence of our adventures in our scrapbook, I know that these precious memories will touch us our whole lives.”
